Get a User's TSP Account

getUsersTspAccount(userId, tspId, return_response = F)

Arguments

userId	The user ID or email address of the user. For userlevel apps, pass me as the value for userId.
tspId	TSP account ID.
return_response	Whether to return the response instead of the response content. Defaults to FALSE.
